About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually
  • Source, compare, and manage suppliers; negotiate contracts and terms
  • Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities
  • Provide on-site support and coordinate with venue staff during events
  • Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer organisation
  • Maintain inventory tracking and quality-check design materials
  • Manage budgets and ensure changes are raised ahead of time
