Event Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the entire lifecycle of assigned international events, from planning to post-event reporting, across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America
• Implement event strategies that reflect the organization’s objectives and global positioning
• Manage engagement with sponsors, stakeholders, and partner organizations to ensure alignment of interests
• Identify, negotiate, and contract venues and external suppliers to ensure optimal value and service delivery
• Provide support for speaker management, VIP agendas, and delegate experiences
• Maintain budget ownership for assigned events and ensure strict cost control
• Ensure all events comply with branding, messaging, and marketing standards
• Meet KPI targets regarding logistics, delegate satisfaction, and sponsor ROI

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in event management, preferably in an international role
• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale, high-level conferences and private events
• Prior experience working with HNWIs, government institutions, diplomatic entities, or international organizations
• Strong project management, budget oversight, and decision-making abilities under pressure
• Full professional fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently
• Must possess a valid visa or visa-free access to Europe (Schengen area)
