Responsibilities
- Act as the main onsite point of contact for Fever events and staff
- Manage staff rosters, scheduling, and communication with staffing agencies
- Train staff on duties including ticket validation, guest accommodation, and venue decoration
- Transport event supplies to and from venues using a UHaul
- Manage inventory, supplies, printing needs, and guest lists
- Deliver opening and closing remarks at events
- Provide weekly reporting to Project Managers regarding event status and feedback
- Assist with venue walk-throughs and evaluations
- Represent the Fever brand through professional communication and customer service
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in event management or a relevant degree
- Passion for live music and event organization
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience leading onsite teams
- Strong problem-solving and ability to work under pressure
- Possession of a personal laptop
- Driver's License strongly preferred
- Knowledge of AV and PA systems is desirable
