About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver events following manager instructions and scheduled timings
- Manage production details, company policies, and onsite logistics
- Act as artist liaison and main point of contact for events
- Manage soundcheck, vocal microphone channels, and aux music on sound desk
- Manage all vendors and brief venue staff
- Direct, manage, and support the event team
- Host events and handle customer queries or complaints
- Ensure high quality execution and manage unforeseen emergencies
- Provide event reports, incident reports, and post-event feedback
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Highly competent in team and people management
- Assertive and measured in high-pressure environments
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Flexible with a "can do" attitude
- Ability to lead by example and work well under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of event management experience
- Keen interest and passion for live music
- Sound engineering skills
- Public speaking experience
