Event Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver events following provided instructions and materials
• Manage event timings and production details
• Act as artist liaison and main point of contact for events
• Handle on-site logistical issues and production management
• Manage soundcheck, vocal microphone channels, and aux music
• Manage vendors and brief venue staff
• Direct, support, and brief the event team
• Host events and deal with customer queries or complaints
• Ensure high-quality execution and manage unforeseen emergencies
• Provide event reports, incident forms, and feedback to managers

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in concert or festival management
• Ability to issue invoices (freelance role)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Highly competent in team and people management
• Assertive and measured in high-pressure environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
• Flexibility to travel across Greece as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for live music and event delivery
• Sound engineering skills
• Public speaking experience
