Responsibilities

• Deliver events following provided instructions and schedules
• Manage production details, company policies, and procedures
• Act as artist liaison and main point of contact for events
• Handle on-site logistical issues and vendor management
• Manage sound desk, including vocal microphone channels and aux music
• Direct and brief team members, venues, and artists
• Host events and handle customer queries or complaints
• Manage unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, and incident reporting
• Provide post-event feedback and photographs to managers

• Exceptional customer service skills
• High competence in team and people management
• Ability to remain assertive and measured in high-pressure environments
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Flexible and proactive "can do" attitude
• Ability to lead by example and work well under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of event management experience
• Passion for live music and event delivery
• Sound engineering skills
• Public speaking experience
