Responsibilities
- Deliver events following provided instructions and schedules
- Manage production details, company policies, and onsite logistics
- Act as artist liaison and main point of contact for events
- Manage soundcheck, vocal microphone channels, and aux music on sound desks
- Oversee all vendors and brief venue staff
- Direct, manage, and support the event team
- Host events and handle customer queries or complaints
- Manage unforeseen circumstances and emergencies
- Provide event reports, incident reports, and feedback to managers
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High competence in team and people management
- Ability to remain assertive and measured in high-pressure environments
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Flexible and proactive "can do" attitude
- Ability to lead by example and work well under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of event management experience
- Passion for live music and event delivery
- Sound engineering skills
- Public speaking experience
