Event Logistics Intern

Responsibilities

• Reorganize and optimize event storage and inventory assets at HQ and with event agencies
• Support event logistics planning, including booth shipping, inventory management, and event setup
• Collaborate with fulfillment and facilities teams to align on shipping schedules
• Curate, procure, and manage physical and digital assets used in events
• Support Marketing and Sales teams with logistics for various special projects

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of project management principles
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and learning

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in or experience with 3D printing
• Experience with inventory management software or CRM programs
• Knowledge of event planning tools and CAD software
