Event Logistic Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the coordination of event logistics, including equipment movement, setup, and dismantling across event venues
• Ensuring ballroom and venue layouts are executed accurately according to BEO specifications and event requirements
• Managing event equipment inventory, including tracking, storage control, and condition monitoring
• Coordinating closely with banquet operations, culinary, engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless event preparation
• Supervising the safe handling, transportation, and operational readiness of event equipment to support smooth event execution

Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in event logistics, banquet operations, or convention center setup
• Experience in luxury hotel or resort environments
• Proven supervisory experience managing logistics or event setup teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management
• Strong organizational, coordination, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak event periods
