Responsibilities
- Host fun, engaging, and interactive team-building social impact activities and events
- Welcome, engage, and inspire participants throughout the experience
- Support local nonprofits in facilitating in-person events
- Manage group dynamics to keep events flowing smoothly and participants engaged
Requirements
- Based in Branson, MO
- Fluent in English
- Experience with group facilitation and managing group dynamics
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Excellent customer service skills and a charismatic personality
- Ability to work on a per-event contract basis
- Ability to problem-solve on the fly in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in acting, comedy, improv, or similar professions involving audience interaction
