Event Host

Responsibilities

• Host fun, engaging, and interactive team-building social impact activities and events
• Welcome, engage, and inspire participants throughout the experience
• Support nonprofit partners in facilitating in-person events
• Manage group dynamics to ensure events flow smoothly and participants remain engaged

Requirements

• Based in Frankfurt, Germany
• Fluent in English
• Experience with group facilitation and managing group dynamics
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and think on your feet during live events
• High energy, charismatic personality, and a positive attitude
• Availability to work on a contract, per-event basis

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in acting, comedy, improv, or similar professions involving audience interaction
