Event General Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations for Aura in San Francisco, ensuring world-class execution and financial efficiency
• Drive community development through group booking strategies, outbound lead generation, and corporate partnerships
• Lead day-to-day venue operations, including staff scheduling, training, and onsite management
• Oversee the operations budget, tracking costs, staffing, and inventory while implementing cost-saving strategies
• Act as the liaison between the venue, partners, and Fever to maintain high show quality
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety and regulatory standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, live entertainment, or franchise management
• Proven ability to drive group sales and manage outbound lead generation
• Strong understanding of budgeting, expense control, and retail operations
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets/Excel)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of and passion for the live entertainment industry
• Experience in live events or theme park management
