About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations for Aura in San Francisco, ensuring world-class execution and financial efficiency
- Drive community development through group booking strategies, outbound lead generation, and corporate partnerships
- Lead day-to-day venue operations, including staff scheduling, training, and onsite management
- Oversee the operations budget, tracking costs, staffing, and inventory while implementing cost-saving strategies
- Act as the liaison between the venue, partners, and Fever to maintain high show quality
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety and regulatory standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, live entertainment, or franchise management
- Proven ability to drive group sales and manage outbound lead generation
- Strong understanding of budgeting, expense control, and retail operations
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets/Excel)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of and passion for the live entertainment industry
- Experience in live events or theme park management
