About the Company
Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation.
Responsibilities
- Own the field marketing function end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and ROI analytics
- Determine the right level of presence for conferences, speaking opportunities, executive dinners, and sponsorships
- Maximize the impact of events through thoughtful planning, targeted outreach, and rigorous follow-through
- Build the field marketing playbook, including processes, systems, and best practices to scale the function
- Own event budgets, performance measurement, and pipeline attribution frameworks
- Build strategic relationships across industry organizations and ecosystem partners
- Lay the groundwork for Forus-owned events and executive gatherings
Requirements
- 5–10 years in field marketing, event marketing, or conference-driven demand generation
- Demonstrated track record of owning pipeline metrics (SQLs, CAC, cost-per-demo)
- Experience working alongside sales leadership to influence GTM strategy
- Proven ability to move quickly and deliver on goals through resourceful execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with healthcare and/or physician audiences
- Experience working within the medical society conference circuit
