About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all operational aspects of event facilities and support services
  • Oversee the operational readiness of all event venues including ballrooms, meeting rooms, and outdoor spaces
  • Liaise with Sales, Banquet, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security departments
  • Ensure all event facilities, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and infrastructure are fully operational
  • Supervise event setup, execution, and dismantling to ensure service quality and guest satisfaction
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Events Facilities & Services team
  • Coordinate technical infrastructure including AV, LED walls, staging, lighting, and internet connectivity
  • Prepare operational budgets and monitor expenses for cost optimization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel event operations, banquet operations, or facilities management
  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of event planning, banquet operations, and occupational safety
  • Proficient in hotel/event management systems
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
