About the Company

United Media focuses on building large scale industry media and conferences products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. We have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.

Responsibilities

• Plan, structure and coordinate all conferences on a strategic level including dates and venue selection
• Negotiate with vendors for catering, accommodation, transportation, and facilities
• Create innovative conference experiences through creative new ideas
• Manage operational conference tasks such as floor planning, invitations, signage, and printing
• Oversee live conference execution to ensure smooth operations and high attendee satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results
• Experience in event planning, coordination, marketing, or public relations
• Valid UK work permit
• Exceptional eye for aesthetics and detail
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• High sense of urgency and proactive ownership mindset
