Responsibilities

• Create a vision and strategy for extraordinary conference experiences
• Develop detailed execution plans for event strategies
• Identify and contact potential partners
• Promote events and close deals
• Manage on-site conference operations to ensure high attendee satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding results
• Experience in event planning, coordination, marketing, or public relations
• Valid UK work permit
• Exceptional eye for aesthetics and detail
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
