About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, structure, and coordinate conferences strategically, including dates, venues, and pricing
- Create exceptional conference experiences by innovating on creative opportunities and ideas
- Negotiate with vendors for catering, accommodation, transportation, and facilities
- Handle operational planning such as floor planning, invitations, signage, and printing
- Manage events on-site to ensure smooth execution and high attendee satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results
- Experience in event planning, coordination, marketing, PR, or a relevant field
- UK work permit
- Exceptional eye for aesthetics and details
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
