Event Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of the Tradeshow Event experience to meet customer needs and strategic goals
• Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure all event elements are aligned for success
• Manage pre-event logistics including online registration, payment administration, and participant databases
• Plan venue layouts, programme schedules, and on-site manpower requirements
• Execute on-site event management, including coordinating equipment setup, signage, and registration
• Handle on-site troubleshooting, attendee queries, and international delegate arrangements such as transport and accommodation
• Support the Event Manager with floorplan oversight and financial goal tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Event Management, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in leading or executing event management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent presentation abilities
• Proven ability to multitask and manage complex logistics in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with multiple internal stakeholders
