Event Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant industry trade shows and evaluate ROI potential
• Negotiate and manage contracts with organizers, venues, and vendors
• Prepare, present, and manage event budgets
• Secure venues, plan layouts, and coordinate booth requirements
• Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Team to support event promotion and campaigns
• Manage staff registration, attendance, and travel/accommodation logistics
• Coordinate logistical requirements including security, equipment rentals, and catering
• Run the event floor to ensure smooth operations and evaluate success via post-event reports

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing small to large scale trade shows
• Proven success in planning and executing multiple in-person events
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing budgets and vendors
• Ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally
• Exceptional time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, during peak event seasons
• Resilience and the ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, or Public Relations
• Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification
