Event Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end event logistics including vendors, sponsorships, budgets, timelines, and shipping
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to align on event goals and deliverables
• Support the planning and on-the-ground execution of Smokeball-hosted events and the flagship "Spark" program
• Serve as a key point of contact during live events to provide real-time support to internal teams
• Manage post-event follow-up, including lead verification, CRM uploads, and lead allocation
• Reconcile event budgets and provide reporting and recommendations to leadership

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event coordination, operations, trade shows, or conference support
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience managing vendors, logistics, inventory, and onsite execution
• Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM), project management tools, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functional teams
• Willingness to travel as needed
