New Reach is a company based in Tempe, Arizona staffed with eLearning and marketing experts dedicated to advancing and improving the information-age through financial literacy. We offer online courses ranging from Wholesaling to Investing to Publishing to help students unlock financial freedom.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Event Director and Brand Visionary to understand event requirements
• Research vendors including catering, speakers, decor, and performers
• Plan event details such as seating, dining, venue selection, and guest accommodations
• Handle day-to-day administration including order placements and vendor monitoring
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and venues
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Community, and HR departments
• Manage budgets, timelines, and event-related issues
• Plan for potential scenarios that may impact event integrity
• Travel as required

Requirements

• Proven track record of organizing successful events
• Proficient in Google Workspace
• Experience managing budgets and tracking expenses
• Excellent vendor management skills
• Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
• Highly organized
• Ability to remain calm under pressure with a customer-service mindset
