Event Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the execution of regional and international events, exhibitions, and conferences within the forex and fintech sectors
• Assist with sponsorship coordination, contract processing, and registration management in collaboration with compliance and legal teams
• Work with marketing, design, and social media teams to ensure timely delivery of event assets and branding materials
• Manage booth setup, logistics, and communication with contractors, suppliers, and venue organizers
• Support speaker arrangements, including travel coordination, scheduling, and on-site assistance
• Manage the sourcing, production, and distribution of branded promotional materials
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality experience for clients
• Track and monitor event budgets, sponsorship expenses, and invoice reconciliation

Requirements

• Previous experience in event coordination, marketing, or hospitality
• Experience coordinating vendors, suppliers, and multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in English
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for events
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the financial services, forex, or fintech industries
• Basic understanding of the forex and fintech sectors
• Additional language skills, such as Arabic
