Responsibilities
- On-site concert coordination including pre-production and production
- Supervision of teams up to 15 people and service providers up to 10 companies
- Managing institutional relations with local authorities, companies, and associations
- Ensuring a smooth experience for the audience
Requirements
- Experience in logistics and team management
- Knowledge of the live performance sector
- Good stress and contingency management skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese
