About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and front desk support for the campus
- Perform opening and closing duties for the facility
- Maintain cleanliness through building walkthroughs and checklist reporting
- Set up and manage audio/visual equipment including projectors, microphones, and TVs
- Execute events including setup, teardown, catering, and other operational tasks
- Prepare and package student Welcome Boxes
- Ensure an exceptional five-star experience for students and guests
