Event Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic management of events from conception to post-event reporting
• Define objectives, concepts, and brand positioning for each event
• Manage and control budgets, negotiating with various suppliers
• Supervise and guide partners and suppliers to ensure quality and deadlines
• Orchestrate multiple events in parallel
• Act as the focal point of communication for internal and external stakeholders
• Travel to different regions of Brazil for on-site event monitoring
• Produce analytical post-event reports with insights and recommendations

Requirements

• Consolidated experience in management and coordination of in-person corporate events
• Solid experience in financial budget control and large-scale supplier contract negotiation
• Strong project and team management skills with extreme attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full availability for travel throughout Brazil
• Strategic thinking and business vision

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Education sector or B2B companies
• Experience producing hybrid events, digital events, lives, and webinars
• History with large-scale events, trade fairs, and brand experiences
• Certification or specific training in Event Management, Hospitality, or Public Relations
