Event Contract Opportunities (Expression of Interest)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute key aspects of the Australian Open 2027 across various operational and commercial functions
• Support event delivery in areas such as Event Coordination, Precinct and Product Operations, or Customer Experience
• Assist with Broadcast & Media operations, Signage coordination, or Logistics management
• Support Partnerships & Sales through commercial operations, retail activations, and stakeholder servicing
• Work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment at the coordinator or specialist level

Requirements

• Relevant field experience in areas such as event operations, customer experience, or logistics
• Full availability and flexibility to work across the summer months (December – February)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administration systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
• Ability to hold (or obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working on major sporting or large-scale events
