Responsibilities

• Define the narrative for regional roadshows, including keynotes, breakouts, and demos
• Lead the content agenda for the flagship user conference, MeterUp
• Build scalable playbooks for speaker intake, narrative development, and approval workflows
• Create post-event distribution templates and communication workflows
• Project manage event content elements including main stage sessions and experiential moments
• Coordinate across product marketing, communications, and technical evangelists
• Gather and implement feedback from sales, partners, and attendees to refine messaging

Requirements

• Proven experience leading content strategy for flagship conferences or multi-track programs
• Background in content, event, field, solutions, or product marketing
• Experience working directly with executives to shape keynotes and messaging
• Ability to translate deeply technical topics into clear terms for diverse audiences
• Highly organized with experience managing multiple parallel projects
• Proactive and autonomous approach to navigating ambiguity and driving decisions
