Event Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands and nonprofit organizations at live events and promotional campaigns
• Engage with event attendees to create positive and memorable customer experiences
• Educate customers about products, services, campaigns, and promotional initiatives
• Answer questions and provide outstanding customer service
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, displays, and promotional materials
• Generate excitement and increase brand awareness through face-to-face interactions
• Support event marketing and fundraising goals
• Work closely with team members and event managers to ensure successful campaigns

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Comfortable speaking with customers in face-to-face environments
• Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
• Highly motivated with a willingness to learn
• Must be 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or restaurants
• Background in sports, volunteering, or sales
