About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the main on-site contact for conference guests to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and set up event rooms according to function sheets and schedules
- Coordinate daily schedules independently, managing coffee breaks, lunches, and services
- Accompany events operationally from preparation through to follow-up
- Support the planning, organization, and coordination of events, conferences, and group requests
- Handle administrative tasks including event data maintenance, invoicing, and evaluations
- Collaborate closely with Events, F&B, Front Office, Sales, and Administration teams
Requirements
- Initial experience in gastronomy, service, or the banquet sector
- Knowledge of coffee specialties
- Passion for hosting and interacting with international guests
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
