Event Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional events and marketing campaigns
• Support event activities to ensure a positive experience for clients and attendees
• Communicate professionally with customers, clients, vendors, and team members
• Help manage event materials, promotional displays, and campaign resources
• Provide on-site support during events, including guest assistance and registration support
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to ensure successful campaign execution
• Support brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives
• Gather attendee feedback and assist with post-event reporting
