About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing events to ensure all details align with client expectations
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their event goals and vision
- Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and staff coordination
- Provide on-site support during events, managing registrations and addressing real-time issues
- Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and production teams for seamless execution
- Work closely with vendors and external partners to coordinate event elements
- Gather feedback and compile post-event reports to assess project success
Requirements

- Ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus, but not mandatory
