Event Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of client events and promotional campaigns
• Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations
• Maintain clear communication with clients to understand goals and event vision
• Coordinate event logistics including materials, staffing, and supplies
• Provide on-site support, including guest engagement and registration assistance
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution
• Collect feedback from clients and attendees for continuous improvement
• Assist in preparing post-event reports and performance summaries

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, marketing, or event support roles
