About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of live events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, staffing, and preparation of materials
- Provide on-site support including guest engagement, registration, and activity assistance
- Assist with client communication to ensure event goals and expectations are met
- Ensure supplies, equipment, and promotional materials are organized for event day
- Work alongside internal marketing, design, and production teams
- Collect attendee and client feedback and assist with post-event summaries
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Quick thinker with effective problem-solving abilities
- Professional demeanor when engaging with clients, vendors, and guests
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or marketing is a plus but not required
