About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the preschool classroom
- Lead weekly worship and interactive Bible studies for children ages 3 to 5
- Prepare for lessons during dedicated prep time
- Maintain a safe and effective environment for children
Requirements
- Availability to work Sundays from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
- Ability to work on Easter and at least one Sunday during winter holidays
- Commitment to serve for at least one year
- Ability to attend mandatory annual training sessions
- Flexibility to serve in different classrooms as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Foundational relationship with Christ
- Experience with performance
- Ability to remain level-headed in stressful classroom environments
- Warm and engaging personality
- Strong character qualities including integrity and wisdom
