Evening Housekeeping Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with clients with confidentiality and discretion
• Guarantee perfection of turndown service and room maintenance according to luxury standards
• Verify the cleanliness of rooms, corridors, and common areas
• Manage and lead the evening team (housekeepers and attendants)
• Ensure end-of-day handovers and prepare for morning teams
• Manage emergency stock of linen or guest amenities

Requirements

• High level of autonomy and ability to work independently in the evening
• Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness
• Responsible and benevolent management style
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calm and a smile
• Fluency in English (international clientele)
• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment is a plus
