Evening Housekeeper Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage evening service and ensure closing procedures
• Supervise and lead housekeepers, valets, and floor staff
• Coordinate floor staff activities and ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Manage client requests and preferences
• Assist the General Housekeeper with resolving client dissatisfaction
• Prepare and monitor VIP room readiness
• Participate in recruitment and scheduling
• Monitor accommodation stock and technical incidents

Requirements

• Professional English proficiency
• Experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong attention to detail and rigor
