EVCS Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical charging infrastructure using computer diagnostics and electrical repair techniques
• Maintain meticulous records for all repairs and installations
• Coordinate with third parties and vendors to ensure project execution
• Proactively offer clients additional services such as maintenance plans and monitoring software
• Adhere to all safety protocols when working with high voltage and in various environmental conditions
• Track infrastructure performance and provide detailed progress reports

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in electrical, EV, or related client-facing roles
• Associate’s degree or certification in a relevant technical field
• Strong knowledge of electric vehicle charging systems and electrical systems
• Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel 75%+ within assigned territory
• Must provide and maintain own basic hand tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman’s license or higher
• Formal electrical training
