About the role
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical charging infrastructure using computer diagnostics and electrical repair techniques
- Maintain meticulous records for all repairs and installations
- Coordinate with third parties and vendors to ensure project execution
- Proactively offer clients additional services such as maintenance plans and monitoring software
- Adhere to all safety protocols when working with high voltage and in various environmental conditions
- Track infrastructure performance and provide detailed progress reports
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in electrical, EV, or related client-facing roles
- Associate’s degree or certification in a relevant technical field
- Strong knowledge of electric vehicle charging systems and electrical systems
- Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel 75%+ within assigned territory
- Must provide and maintain own basic hand tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Journeyman’s license or higher
- Formal electrical training
