Eval Ops Associate

Responsibilities

• Build the data and reporting layer for evaluation operations, including throughput, success/fail rates, and incident trends
• Distill evaluation data into actionable insights to help the Machine Learning team make informed decisions
• Coordinate logistics to run evaluations at scale, including sourcing and purchasing props, garments, and equipment
• Scout and set up new physical spaces to expand evaluation capacity
• Create and enforce documentation and standardized processes to ensure data integrity

Requirements

• Strong data analytics fluency
• High agency with the ability to identify and close operational gaps independently
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with ML and Memory Developers
• Ability to prioritize competing requests and move quickly in an organized manner
• Hands-on logistics experience, including sourcing, purchasing, and physical environment setup
• Intermediate understanding of Machine Learning (ML)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations, research-ops, or data-ops at a fast-moving company
• Technical skills to build lightweight tooling or automations
• Exposure to ML evaluation, experimentation, or labeling workflows
• Ability to leverage AI to improve personal and team productivity
