EV Technical Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training to client teams and channel partners to ensure product mastery
• Conduct engaging practical sessions and hands-on learning experiences
• Implement the ADDIE process of training from analysis to evaluation
• Maintain comprehensive training records and track progress
• Develop training programs and lead assessment and evaluation processes
• Ensure compliance and safety during all training activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Automobile, or Mechanical Engineering
• 4+ years of experience in the automobile industry
• Mandatory exposure to Electric Vehicles (EV)
• Experience in service training for OEMs or as a Diagnostic Expert in an automobile service center
• Diagnostic experience in an automobile workshop
• Hands-on experience with vehicle parts removal and re-fitment
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Certification in instruction
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
