EV Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Service Department, managing residential and commercial projects including EV charging stations and generator installations
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of electricians, apprentices, and support staff
• Oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling, dispatching, materials procurement, and project closeouts
• Estimate residential service projects and coordinate resources for efficient execution
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, company standards, and safety regulations
• Monitor department KPIs such as revenue, technician utilization, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve escalated service issues
• Coordinate with internal departments including accounting, permitting, and logistics

Requirements

• Prior leadership or management experience required
• 5+ years of electrical service or field experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, service work, and applicable codes
• Proficiency with service management software, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license required

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical license
• Experience using and enforcing a service pricebook
