About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through direct sales and innovative marketing tactics
- Track and develop EV charging and industrial projects by understanding product needs and coordinating internal resources
- Lead business negotiations and support the full project lifecycle from engagement to contract review and delivery
- Monitor the competitive landscape and provide market feedback and Voice of Customer (VOC)
- Lead project quotations and price products based on value propositions
- Participate in green energy industry exhibitions to stay updated on industry developments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, communications, or a relevant field
- Experience in North America market sales
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for business
- Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills
- Proficiency in English written and spoken communication
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in EV charging equipment, parts, or services sales
- Existing relevant customer contacts
- Track record of sales growth in Automotive, Commercial, or Industrial segments
- Experience with Fleet, Auto OEM, or Auto Dealership segments
