European Regional Medical Excellence and Capabilities Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive medical excellence and capability-building across the European region
• Build and lead a high-performing European MSL team, developing qualitative and quantitative KPIs
• Provide virtual leadership to country MSL teams regarding scientific engagement, medical insights, and strategic execution
• Design and execute tailored capability-building programs for MSLs, Medical Advisors, and Medical Leads
• Ensure successful innovative product launches by supporting scientific communications and market access projects
• Manage the delivery of the EU Medical Dashboard and associated performance metrics
• Ensure all Medical Affairs activities adhere to the highest ethical standards and European regulatory codes (e.g., EFPIA)

Requirements

• Advanced life sciences degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent)
• 7-10+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, including people management experience
• Proven track record of leading innovative product launches within Europe
• Direct experience in MSL readiness, expert engagement, and launch planning
• Experience coaching and enabling MSL teams
• Deep understanding of the European healthcare landscape, compliance, and medical governance
• Ability and flexibility to travel across Europe for field visits and expert engagements
