European Project Management Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support the setup of European projects by identifying partners and preparing feasibility dossiers (technical vision, planning, costs, and resources)
• Assist in preparing non-disclosure agreements, grant agreements, and partner contracts
• Monitor ongoing European projects by facilitating progress meetings to ensure roadmap and deliverable compliance
• Track project costs and subsidies, proposing solutions in collaboration with the project team when necessary
• Manage risks, opportunities, and contract administration within an innovative, collaborative environment
• Facilitate the capitalization of lessons learned and feedback from completed project phases

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's level (BAC +5) program in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related generalist field
• Strong foundational knowledge in project management, business management, and innovation management
• Advanced proficiency in French
• Intermediate proficiency in English
• Strong communication skills, creativity, and an ability to work effectively within a team
