Europe Change Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze business problems and client requirements to drive strategic transformation within Global Transaction Banking.
• Develop detailed business requirements and operational designs to address organizational opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and expectations.
• Support the creation of business cases, feasibility studies, and project progress reports.
• Manage change management activities, including the development of traceability matrices to ensure successful implementation.
• Oversee project deliverables, managing milestones, risks, and issues across a diverse portfolio.
• Lead complex analysis of data from multiple internal and external sources to solve problems effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within the financial services sector.
• Demonstrated experience in process review and optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant project or process management certifications (e.g., Prince II, BPM).
• Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio or Blueworks.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Banking products and processes.
• Experience working within global or pan-European teams.
