Eurofighter Avionics Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform avionics software development for the national maintenance of Eurofighter Operational Flight Programs (OFP)
• Execute preliminary and detailed design phases
• Conduct coding and unit testing using VectorCast tools
• Manage requirements using DOORS tools
• Work on-site at the CLAEX (Logistic Center of Armament and Experimentation) at Torrejon air base

Requirements

• Degree in Computer, Aeronautical, or Telecommunication Engineering (Master's degree is a plus)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in embedded and real-time software development
• Proficiency in ADA and SPARK programming languages
• Knowledge of C and C++
• Understanding of aeronautical communication protocols, specifically MIL-STD-1553
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Ability to obtain or hold a security clearance
