About the role
Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure new desktop and laptop devices including imaging and software installation
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on end-user devices
- Provide on-site support to hospital staff during the refresh process
- Record and track hardware assets and manage disposal of old equipment
- Coordinate refresh activities with IT teams and hospital staff to minimize clinical disruption
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations and troubleshooting steps
Requirements
- Proven experience in EUC device refresh or deployment in large environments
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and desktop hardware
- Experience with imaging and deployment tools such as SCCM
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills for interacting with non-technical users
