EUC Administrator

Responsibilities

• Administer and engineer SCCM, Intune, and NinjaOne, including collection management, application deployment, and OS deployments.
• Manage workstation and server patching to ensure systems are maintained at correct security levels.
• Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate systems administration tasks and improve efficiency.
• Partner with Active Directory and Azure teams to develop policies and group solutions.
• Collaborate with Security and Compliance stakeholders to ensure endpoints and images are hardened and secure.
• Manage the ticket queue for requests and incidents, driving them to resolution and performing root cause analysis.
• Support MDM, MAM, Autopilot, and custom report creation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with SCCM (software packaging, patching, OS deployments, and reporting).
• 3+ years of experience with Intune (MDM, MAM, and Autopilot).
• Hands-on experience with NinjaOne for EUC administration.
• Experience working with Azure Virtual Desktops.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Client, GPOs, AppLocker, and Microsoft M365.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Ability to work US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours to collaborate with the global team.
• Ability to perform some weekend work as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a large-scale global organization.
• Experience with Tenant to Tenant migrations and Azure Active Directory.
• Knowledge of CIS benchmarks and M365 Security and Compliance features.
• Experience with large-scale implementations of corporate IT systems.
