EU Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead UK and wider EU business operations to drive team efficiency and support business growth
• Supervise and mentor the Operations Specialist, guiding their daily tasks and professional development
• Manage the UK workspace by sourcing vendors, managing logistics, and evolving the office environment
• Orchestrate seamless meetings by managing calendars, room bookings, catering, and technical setups
• Collaborate with the EU HR Director on recruiting processes and employee onboarding
• Drive high-impact operational projects, such as the team staffing process and business development support
• Partner with the Finance team to manage budgets, office spending, and expense report reviews
• Develop reporting for key operational metrics to support regional leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an operations role
• 3+ years of experience in operations management
• 3+ year college degree preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superb organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• High level of technical proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in Apple OS and Google Suite apps
