EU Demand Planner

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly demand forecast at Style-Colour, SKU, and warehouse level for approximately 1,600 references.
• Build and maintain accurate forecasts by combining historical sales data, market trends, and product lifecycle changes.
• Monitor forecast performance and identify risks, opportunities, and necessary improvement actions.
• Prepare forecast insights and performance analyses to support monthly S&OP discussions.
• Partner with Product teams to support new collection launches and contribute to assortment decisions.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Planning to balance customer demand, inventory levels, and product availability.
• Monitor inbound product flows and coordinate stock allocation across European distribution centres.
• Provide visibility to Sales teams regarding product availability and inventory constraints.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Finance, or Business Analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical mindset and affinity with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in textile, apparel, retail, FMCG, or consumer goods is a strong asset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and planning tools.
• Proficiency in French.
