EU CMO Finance Partner

Responsibilities

• Support the CMO business community to deliver financial objectives and ensure cost competitiveness within the EU contract manufacturing operation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly CMO P&L forecasts and PPV/Spend reports
• Manage the month-end close process, including accrual calculations and expense accuracy
• Lead purchase price activities and the FFG process and reporting
• Drive cost savings and identify projects for simplification and optimization of day-to-day work
• Support the standard setting process and provide financial impact analysis to business and procurement teams
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls, including asset, inventory, and stock reconciliation
• Improve reporting tools and automate processes to support simplification within the Finance department

Requirements

• CA/ICWA or MBA in Finance from a premier institute
• 10+ years of financial management and analysis experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert large data sets into decision support
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and work with a problem-solving mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in stakeholder partnership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a quality supply chain environment
• Proficiency with SAP
